The hope is to find another Christy Hemme who can eventually not just do a Playboy shoot, but also become a good wrestler and work with Trish Stratus and Lita. However, there are strong but muted opinions among others in WWE that it's a colossal waste of time and money that is created because certain people in management enjoy the perks of the competition process.
Vince McMahon endorsed Muhammad Hassan doing the throat-slashing gesture in his matches, so Hassan is not in trouble for it.
