It looks like Rey Mysterio will be returning to New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) soon.
NJPW announced on Thursday evening that Mysterio, who is expected to return to WWE following his appearance in the 2k Sports commercial for the new WWE 2K19 video game, will be working the final show of their 2018 G1 Climax.
The show takes place following three consecutive nights at the Budokan Hall. Mysterio's date is scheduled for August 12th.
The promotion did not announce an opponent for Mysterio.
