WWE.com has a story on the recent signing of Charles Scaggs, who is best known as Too Cold Scorpio. Scaggs said, "I'm really excited to be back in WWE. I've had the opportunity to be all around the world and I've learned that if you're going to be with the best, you may as well compete with the best, and the best is WWE." Jim Ross will be co-announcing the main event for Tuesday's ECW on Sci Fi show with Joey Styles. Ross was on a local Tulsa area radio show and he said that he would be at Tuesday's show to co-announce with Styles. He also said that this would be the first time in which the two would be broadcasting together.
