Former WWE Superstar Duke "The Dumpster" Droese Appears At MLW Battle Riot 4

A familiar face to longtime WWE fans appeared at a recent Major League Wrestling event.

Duke "The Dumpster" Droese turned up at the MLW Battle Riot V show on Tuesday night at 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA.

The former WWE performer appeared as his former character, complete with a trash can, for an appearance that saw him pop the crowd for a fun moment before being eliminated by Alex Kane.

Kane pulled on Droese’s prosthetic leg, similar to how Kevin Nash pulled on Maurice Vachon’s prosthetic leg at WWE In Your House: Good Friends, Better Enemies in 1996.

Alex Kane, Shigehiro Irie, John Morrison, and Davey Boy Smith Jr. were the match’s final four. Kane won the match to earn a shot at the MLW World Championship.

Other surprise appearances in the MLW Battle Riot V match saw Snitsky and Kim Chee turn up.
